Andriana Ruscitto-Klauer is a freelance journalist and content marketing expert who helps small to mid-size businesses and startups tell their stories. Her portfolio includes businesses across the service, entertainment, cannabis and sports industries in Cleveland and beyond.

Andriana started her professional career as an editor at Cannabis Business Times, Hemp Grower and Cannabis Dispensary, reporting on industry trends, policy, cultivation and retail. She later joined a Cleveland-based agency, where she led social media, content strategy and media relations for influencers and service-driven brands.

Throughout her professional career, Andriana aided in the relaunch of the Cleveland Crunch, a professional indoor soccer team, in 2020.  As head of marketing and communications, she leads all digital and content strategy, media relations, game-day processes, marketing budgets, operations and partnerships. She is also guiding the organization’s full-time transition to the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University.

Under her leadership, the Cleveland Crunch has consistently sold out every home match through strategic, organic campaigns, averages over 4 million views annually across social media and has become a thriving professional sports brand with a loyal and expanding fan base,

Her work with the Cleveland Crunch opened the door to a leadership role with the Major League Indoor Soccer (MLIS), a professional indoor soccer league across North America, where she leads marketing, communications and brand strategy. During her time with the MLIS, she has helped launch the Women’s Major League Indoor Soccer (WMLIS) and Major League Indoor Soccer Extended (MLISX), two extensions of the MLIS.

Her passion for working with startups and helping small to mid-size businesses led her to found RK Collective, a boutique marketing agency based in Cleveland offering freelance writing, public relations, content marketing and website services.

Andriana doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. She partners with clients to define their voice and build trust using a brand journalism approach and creating content that’s tailored, intentional and aligned with their goals. Her focus is on clarity, credibility and helping brands connect in ways that actually matter.
